About the Store
The Ovum Store provides one-off access to single components of Ovum’s research products. Existing customers If you or your company has an existing agreement with Ovum, you may prefer to gain access to additional research via your central agreement. For further information on multi-licence purchases or using company purchase order, please contact us. Searching for Research Research is categorised by format (Reports, Companies, Software Evaluations, Countries and Snapshots) and by topic (Telecoms, Software & IT Services). To locate the research, either use the ‘Format’ or ‘Topic’ menus on the left-hand side of the website or use the Search facility to look-up terms directly. If you require any help locating the research you require, please do not hesitate to contact us. Payment The Store accepts payments made with most Credit/Debit Cards and transactions are authorised instantly. Order confirmation will be emailed as soon as payments are authorised. If you would like to purchase using a company purchase order or you experience any difficulties, please contact us Prices are quoted in GBP throughout the Ovum Store and include VAT. It is the responsibility of the buyer to claim back this tax where appropriate. Security All payments on this website are made through WorldPay Plc's secure payment server. WorldPay is part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, Owners of NatWest and the UK's second largest bank. WorldPay is the UK's leading online payment provider. Please note that WorldPay never divulges your credit card information to anyone, including Ovum, so you can rest assured that your billing details are safe. WorldPay uses state of the art Secure Socket Layer (SSL), Thawte and proprietary encryption systems to ensure that you are protected at all times when making a purchase. When you fill in the payment form and click the submit, your details are not sent straight away. What actually happens is that a secure link is set up between your browser and WorldPay and an encryption code is requested and received, which then wraps the order and transaction details before leaving your computer. The encryption code is extremely difficult to break. The end result is shopping online through WorldPay is probably safer than using your credit card at a shop or traditional outlet.  Delivery Following payment verification, all purchases will be made available via PDF Download. Should your connection fail during download, Re-attempts will be possible by signing-in to your account and reviewing your order – a Store Account is automatically assigned with all orders.
